Guidance
This question is intended to find out if your career interests are really aligned with the position that you're applying for.
Your response should describe how the experience you gain from the position will help you achieve your career goals.
Be sure to lay out a realistic path. Don't imply that you're likely to leave the position after a short period of time unless you know that the position is designed to last only a few years.
Your response should fit well with the rest of the interview and be a logical progression from your background to your interests in the position at hand to your long-term career interests.
Keep your response to two minutes or less.
