The moral of this question is: Do your homework beforehand.
You should always do as much research as you can on the company and the industry it's in.
Know who its competitors are and its reputation within the industry. Is the industry consolidated or are there a lot of small competitors?
Are there high barriers to entry? What other products or services compete with the industry?
What is the current situation with buyers and suppliers in the industry?
Any of these issues would make good fodder for your response. Try to keep your answer to two minutes.
